  • Automatic switch-over between IP-based equipments

ENENSYS’ IP switch can select the best of incoming IP streams. The selection is based on a set of configurable criteria (basic IP conditions, ETR290 1/2/3 & advanced conditions). The switching can be done either at the stream level or at the interface level.

  • Distribution & contribution links securization

Using ENENSYS’ switches features allow to securize efficiently the transport of media over any types of contribution & distribution links. Indeed, the products from “Switches & IP transport” line embed functionnalities like FEC & time diversity (DualIP) to cope with packet losses occuring during transport.

  • Support EDI and ETI for DAB/DAB+/DMB infrastructures

Using ENENSYS’ GigaDMB enables the use of ETI and EDI into digital radio systems. The gateway allows to convert from one to another being fully compliant with WordDMB EDI/DCP standard.

  • SFN preservation with or without external clock reference

ENENSYS solution internal clock are enough accurate to be used on their own into SFN infrastructures without the need to provide external clock references. That allows the operators to setup simplier system. However, the synchronization over external clock reference is also supported.

  • IP jitter removal & packet losses recovery

ENENSYS’ switches are able to manage properly issues inherent to transport of data over IP networks. They can remove network jitter (network jitter agnostic), recover from packets losses using FEC and reorder IP packets. That prevents to disturb any equipment downstream of ENENSYS’ swicthes.
