Speedcast Serviços Multimídia has selected TestTree’s StreamProbe to monitor BluTV channels

Rennes – France – October 30^th, 2020 – ENENSYS Technologies is pleased to announce that Speedcast Serviços Multimídia, Empresa 100% brasileira, has selected TestTree’s StreamProbe to monitor BluTV channels at its teleport.

BluTV is transmitted over the Eutelsat 65 West A satellite and broadcasts a package of 60+ channels in a mix of high and standard definition. TestTree’s monitoring solution, StreamProbe, monitors the TV channels with the ability to raise alarms for Quality of Service (ETSI TR 101 290) and Quality of Experience (Freeze, Black screen, Silence, Noise) at the output of the IRD (TSoIP – Input of SpeedCast’s teleport) and after the encoding and DTH modulation (RF – Output of Speedcast Serviços Multimídia’s teleport). These two monitoring points ensure the good processing of the channels by Speedcast Serviços Multimídia and provides an End-to-End view on all channels. StreamProbe descrambles all channels (Irdeto content protection) and thus provides a complete analysis of the video.
