COVID-19: ENENSYS Business Continuity

Dear Customers, Partners & Friends,

The ENENSYS group is actively and continuously monitoring the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak and is conforming to local and national authorities and public health advice in all countries where ENENSYS is represented and is active.

The health of our staff, customers and partners is our number one priority. Therefore, although the continued travel and movement restrictions mean that face-to-face contact is not possible, all ENENSYS staff is fully equipped to work remotely and have all the necessary tools to do so, including web-meeting applications such as Google Communication Suite, Skype, and WhatsApp.

Maintaining a high level of responsiveness to meet our customers’ needs is very important to us. The ENENSYS sales teams worldwide in Europe, Africa, US and Asia, can be contacted as usual or at sales@enensys.com.  The technical support team is very familiar with helping customers remotely, and will continue to assist via support@enensys.com. All requests will be handled as quickly as possible.

Please note that ENENSYS manufacturing is based in France. Software and hardware deliveries will continue, but hardware product delivery times may be affected by French government restrictions on movement of people. We will keep all customers updated if there are any significant changes in shipment dates for orders in progress at present.
