Sales Manager F/M

In order to strengthen its sales team in the EMEA zone, ENENSYS Technologies is recruiting a Sales Manager F/H.

Based at the head office in Rennes (France), and reporting to the EMEA sales management, your missions will include :

  • Direct/indirect sales follow-up of existing customers (through partners) in order to develop recurrent sales : commercial follow-up of ongoing business/contracts, setting up regular workshops to present new products ,analysis of customer needs, feedback to product teams on requests for new features or new products, responding to calls for tender and writing commercial proposals.
  • Identification of new customers through direct or indirect proactive prospecting
  • Development of indirect channels to develop sales with these new customers. You will have to manage a network of distributors/partners in your area, in collaboration with our Channel manager, in order to actively contribute to the development of the turnover
  • Daily use of CRM (Salesforce) to ensure a better follow-up of pre-sales opportunities and of the history with our customers/prospects

To carry out your missions, you will be required to travel regularly to customers and partners in EMEA zone.

Profile

  • Higher education in international trade with a specialisation/experience for new technologies
  • Export experience, ideally gained in selling software and complex solutions. Experience in video broadcasting products would be a plus.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in business English (conferences, seminars, defending a call for tenders, international trade shows, writing mainly in English). A second language would be a plus
  • Structured sales temperament, both in managing existing accounts and in sales prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts into simple messages for customers
  • Curiosity, active listening
  • Convincing, leadership and negotiation skills

Compensation

  • Fixed salary over 12 months (according to profile) + variable salary
  • 218-day annual package
