As part of a replacement within the marketing team, ENENSYS Technologies is recruiting a Product Manager M/F.
Based at the head office in Cesson-Sévigné (on the outskirts of Rennes), and reporting to the Networks Product Line Manager, your tasks will include :

You will be responsible for one of ou product range for TV num, from definition to market launch.
Based on an analysis of the market and according to the company’s objectives, you define the products and their sales objectives, you ensure that the marketing dates are guaranteed, you design the sales action plans and promotional campaigns, you monitor the commercial development of your range and assist the sales force.
You develop marketing documents to help with sales (e.g. user guide, website, etc.).
You will assist the product support team with level 2 and 3 support (problem solving).
You will assist the pre-sales team and the sales staff in responding to calls for tender.
You are responsible for achieving sales on your products. You support the sales force by travelling to customers and following up on key projects for the product range.
You represent the company at key digital TV and mobile industry events
You work in direct contact with the R&D Manager of the product line, the Marketing Director, partners (distributors) and customers.

Profile :

Ideally, you have an engineering degree with a post-graduate degree in international trade or business management (including marketing), and at least 5 to 10 years of experience in an international environment in pre-sales technical support or sales and promotion of telecom equipment.
You are familiar with product launch methodologies and techniques.
You have excellent knowledge of the standards and architectures of IP systems, protocols and networks (IPV4, IPV6, IGMP, ARP, UDP/TCP, RTP, VLAN, Routing, OSI model, …), with good knowledge of digital TV.
Your versatility allows you to be at ease with both technical and marketing issues.
Your great listening and analysis skills enable you to detect new customer needs and to orient the product line.
You are a creative person, resolutely oriented towards customer satisfaction, always with a sense of results. You are known for your “common sense” and your communication skills. You are also known for your organizational skills and your rigor in managing projects.
Given the international coverage of ENENSYS Technologies, you have a perfect command of technical and commercial English and ideally another foreign language (Spanish would be a plus).

Compensation :

Fixed over 12 months, depending on profile
218-day annual package
