ENENSYS, Envivio and EXPWAY 2006
Amsterdam, September 8-12, 2006
ENENSYS, Envivio and EXPWAY co-exhibiting on IBC Mobile Zone – POD M323 / M324
ENENSYS is proud to show the latest solutions for DVB-H broadcast in partnership with Envivio and EXPWAY, building together a complete DVB-H transmission chain.
At IBC 2006, ENENSYS Technologies, Envivio Inc. and EXPWAY jointly present a comprehensive DVB-H Broadcast chain, including Video Encoding platform (Envivio), Electronic Service Guide server (EXPWAY) and DVB-H IP Encapsulator and DVB-H Transmitter (ENENSYS), with a panel of DVB-H receivers.
The three companies aim at showing how far their equipments can interoperate with each other, and how easy it is to start a DVB-H transmission. Broadcast signal will have BMCO IPDC profile, enabling live reception from BenQ, Motorola, Philips, S3 and Nokia handsets.
On Booth M323 and M324, visitors will be pleased to see what a DVB-H Broadcast chain is made of, simply administrated from a single laptop computer:
- MPEG-4 H264 encoders (4Caster M2 from Envivio),
- ESG Server (FastESG from EXPWAY)
- IP Encapsulator (MobiSlice), DVB-H Analyzer (DiviCatch DVB-H) DVB-H Modulator (NN6-1161), RF Amplifier (RFBooster) from ENENSYS Technologies.
"We are pleased to arrange a demonstration together with Envivio and EXPWAY, the leading technology providers in their field. Once again, we do emphasize on the high interoperability level of our equipments, from both Head-End and DVB-H Receivers point of views.
Such a DVB-H transmission chain, as we are showing on the Mobile Zone, is the very same as ENENSYS Technologies developed for its Customers as turnkey bundles : DVB-H Lab Kit and DVB-H Trial Kit" said Nicolas FANNECHERE, VP Marketing at ENENSYS Technologies.
"As DVB-H and Mobile TV becomes more important, such an ability to address DVB-H transmission issues is of great value to professionals who seek to offer next generation Mobile services. IBC 2006 is also a great opportunity to show Telcos, Broadcasters, and Network Operators that ENENSYS products line-up also includes MPEG over IP Adapters, enabling primary distribution over IP."
