New ASI over IP Video Gateway: GigaCaster
ENENSYS Technologies will introduce its new MPEG-2 Transport Stream over IP video gateway GigaCaster at NAB2008.

GigaCaster is a high-density, high throughput video gateway that can transport up to 8x MPEG-2 Transport Streams over IP networks, with simultaneous and bidirectional ASI to/from IP encapsulation/disencapsulation. SFN networks can be preserved using IP distribution, thanks to highly efficient clock drift correction algorithms.
Network Probe for Digital Cable: CastXplorer
ENENSYS CastXplorer-C is the first product released by ENENSYS Technologies in the network probe product line. This stand-alone monitoring device that returns and logs real-time key parameters for evaluating immediate Quality of Service as well as long-term performance of a Digital Cable network.

Fully compatible with all annexes of the standard (ITU-J83), CastXplorer-C is the only product on the market that fits for all areas in the world, from Europe to North America through Asia. Minimum footprint and high robustness, ideal for installation in critical environments like outdoor cabinets.
Mobile TV H.264 Transcoder: TransCaster
ENENSYS will show its Second Gerenation turn around product for Mobile TV Broadcast, compatible with DVB-H, DVB-SH, ISDB-T, CMMB: the world's first Mobile TV transcoder that combines, in a single product, Satellite, Terrestrial or IP reception with MPEG-4/H.264 transcoding. State-of-the-art MPEG-4/H.264 video encoding engines, optimized video preprocessing chain and audio encoding with latest AAC-HE technology.
