Management team

President and co-founder's previous experiences included international project management, marketing, business development and sales, all in the MPEG-2/DVB/ATSC field. The three of them hold a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Rennes, France.

Régis LE ROUX

President and Chief Executive Officer.
He started his career at Wandel&Goltermann (today known as JDSU), as Product Manager for the Digital Product range and introduced the first Acterna's Real-Time transport Stream analyzer on the market.
In 1999, Regis joined Thomson Broadcast Systems as System Solutions Manager.
He was then hired by TDF as Marketing & Sales Manager to study the launch of new MPEG-2 monitoring methods.
In addition to his INSA degree, Regis holds a Master's of science in Telecommunications from the University of Strathclyde, in Glasgow, Scotland, and a Masters of Business Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST) de Bretagne, France.

Patrick AUFFRAY

Chief Technology Officer.
He has developed high technical skills by working as senior R&D engineer in the electronics business, managing technical product development projects from technical feasibility study to manufacturing.
Before founding ENENSYS Technologies, he worked as Senior Software Engineer at NEXTREAM.

Nicolas FANNECHERE

VP Programme Manager.
He started his carrer at THOMSON Corporate Research as an R&D engineer. He was involved in standardization processes in the DVB field and other european/worldwide consortiums projects, dealing with advanced products feasability and IP & patents development around future Digital TV and Home Network appliances.
In 2000, Nicolas joined SCM Microsystems where he first set up the QA department of SCM Digital TV Branch dealing with DVB-CI/Open Cable Conditional Access modules and Digital TV receivers, then took full responsibility over the Product & Support department in La Ciotat, France.

Guénhaël LE ROCH

Chief Financial Officer.

He started his career at Group LEGRIS INDUSTRIES, a french previous listed company at Paris stock market. In 1996, he joined as CFO of the french subsidiary of german group Wandel & Goltermann (Acterna then JDSU). In 1998, he camed back at Group LEGRIS INDUSTRIES as international financial controller for the subsidiary POTAIN, the world leader in tower crane production, he was expatriated for POTAIN's joint-venture in Poona City (India) and in Zhangjiagang City (China), and then in Germany. He was involved in creation of joint-venture and companies acquisitions. The last four years, he served as auditor-consultant in the west of France, focused on strategy, finance and merger & acquisition.

He has held the CFO position at ENENSYS since few weeks after the IPO of the company, early 2006.

Richard LHERMITTE

VP Systems & Partnerships.
He began working in Digital TV in 1994 at Matra Communications and later joined Thales
Broadcast & Multimedia working in the Test & Measurement Department. Later on, he was
in charge of the Multimedia Streaming product line where he has been working on the
development of DVB-H technology and services.
Following the acquisition of Thales Broascast and Multimedia by Thomson, he was in charge
of the main MobileTV deployement for Thomson. His last experience was IPTV and Mobile
pre-sale manager for Thomson.

Eric DENIAU

VP Engineering.

Eric brings with him 18 years of experience in the management of broadcast projects and teams. He started his career managing development projects for major broadcast customers at Thomson, including very early OpenTV set-top boxes for TPS and DirectTV Latin America, as well as HDTV production equipment. He also participated actively to the MPEG2/DVB standardization work.Then he was Vice President of Engineering at Envivio. In particular, he had a decisive role in the development of the company as a global leader in mobile TV encoding.
