What kind of products are manufactured by ENENSYS Technologies?

ENENSYS Technologies designs and manufactures interfacing solutions for the broadcasting professionals. ENENSYS converters are designed to run in the tough environment of broadcast headend premises, to be used on desktops (development) or during demonstrations (public shows). ENENSYS R&D team, led by senior HW engineers, does master most of the common and emerging interfaces in the Digital TV world: ASI, SPI (LVDS, ECL, TTL…), M2S, M2P, SMPTE-310, SSI, RS422, Ethernet / GigaEthernet, IEEE1394 (FireWire™), USB… but also QPSK, COFDM, QAM, ADSL modulators and front ends.

I am facing an interoperability issue: how can I buy ENENSYS' products?

Direct buying of ENENSYS products can be achieved by contacting our sales representatives. Please send your request to sales office using ENENSYS' contact form.
We will pass your request on to the nearest distributor.

Is it possible to distribute ENENSYS' products?

Indeed, it is possible to become a distributor of ENENSYS Technologies products and interfacing solutions. Please send your request using ENENSYS'contact form.

Does ENENSYS propose development of custom interfaces?

Yes, we have reference designs and IPs ready off the shelf, or can study any proposal regarding broadcast interfacing solution (MPEG2 interfaces, or to guide you toward convergence between broadcast and networked data worlds). You should expose your needs to our experts by contacting them using ENENSYS'contact form.

Does ENENSYS propose hardware designs I can insert it on my own platform?

Yes. ENENSYS Technologies can help you turn ideas into real products, and provide reference designs and IPs that will enhance capabilities of your products. More information provided in the "Services" section of our website, or directly post your request using ENENSYS'contact form.

Shall I send back to ENENSYS a faulty equipment for repair?

You first have to send us an advance notification: do not ship anything before having received our confirmation.
If equipment was supplied by a distributor, please contact it first since reselling contract may be different regarding warranty period.

What is the lead time?

Products are usually available off the shelf, so we can ship as soon as we get your down payment. Some products are very successful, so please check availability using ENENSYS' contact form.

Do you ship to any destination?

YES we do!

I'm located abroad. How can I pay?

Wire transfer is the most appropriated way and it's a service proposed by most banks.

What about the shipping?

Shipping is done through our logistic partner UPS or Fedex. When the using is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery of your product.

I already have an agreement with a transporter. Do I have to use ENENSYS' one?

Of course not! You will have to communicate your transporter details and account number so that we can tell him to pick up the product when available.

Does ENENSYS propose warranty extension?

Yes. By default, our products are delivered with a 1-year warranty with free updates whenever possible. We propose a 3 year warranty extension.

How can I connect my ENENSYS product to my C&C equipment?

Most ENENSYS Baseband Converter products come standard with an alarm relay contact closure (please refer to relevant product datasheet). So you can connect the ENENSYS solution to your dry loop collector.
Other products (Network Adapters) have a TCP / IP server embedded.

Contact closure? What do you mean exactly?

It is also known as DRY LOOP, FAULT RELAY.

I use SNMP for alarm management. How can I integrate ENENSYS solution to my scheme?

Some of our customers use Contact Closure/SNMP adapters. These cost effective products (Omnitronix SL-10 www.omnitronix.com, W&T I/O com-server www.wut.de) are used to convert a fault relay alarm to SNMP. Once you have interfaced this adapter to you SNMP network, you can get alarms from any product equipped with contact closure.

Do you propose Power Supply redundancy?

Yes. Most Baseband Converters products come standard with a dual PSU input. You can then connect 2 Power Supply units to the ENENSYS product. So the dual input come standard (check specifications), and the second Power Supply Unit is optional.

I need the unit to be delivered in the US but I will export it to another country. What about the plug?

When you place your order, you must specify the final destination country. The ENENSYS product will then be delivered with the corresponding plug (US, UK or Europe).
